The Keystone Content Partnership
The video partnership designed for
asset and wealth managers
Unlock a reliable flow of investor ready films, animations and visual content without restarting the production process, negotiating a new quote or worrying about revision charges every time compliance changes its mind, with The Keystone Content Partnership.
Video projects in financial firms go wrong in the same six ways
✕Compliance reverses itself
Compliance changes its mind, then changes it back. Images get vetoed without warning. The rounds keep coming and the cost keeps climbing.
✕Per-revision billing anxiety
Revision caps and per-change fees punish you for an approval process you don’t fully control. Every round of feedback drains your budget.
✕Deadlines don’t wait for quotes
Campaigns land with short notice. Suppliers take days just to quote. And the AGM or fund launch date is public. It won’t move.
✕Project management becomes a second job
Briefs, feedback, executive diaries, crews, versions, files. It all lands on your desk, on top of your actual job.
✕Off-brand, and out of their depth
Most suppliers don’t know your world. The work comes back either too cartoon or too stiff and your credibility with investors and advisers takes the hit.
✕It’s YOUR name on it
Everyone knows who picked the supplier and everyone remembers if it goes wrong. You answer to leadership for the brand and budget, and to compliance for every public word.
Sound familiar? The Keystone Content Partnership was designed to solve these six problems.
How The Keystone Content Partnership works
A monthly partnership that replaces stop-start, one-off production with a continuous stream of premium, on-brand video and design, all for one flat subscription.
✓Make all the revisions you need
No Limit Revisions across script, storyboard, design, animation and edit. Compliance can change its mind twice. However many rounds it takes, we’ll work with you to get the visuals right.
✓One flat monthly investment
No per-change fees. No surprise invoices. One number that’s easy to plan and easy to defend, so the budget conversation happens once, not every project.
✓No new quotes. Work just starts
You brief, the queue updates, work begins. Content is released on schedule: AGM films, market updates, fund explainer videos and expert interviews produced as soon as you need them.
✓We run the project so you don’t have to
We handle the scripts, shoots, crews, versions and files. You approve. It’s the output of your own content team without adding the headcount and management.
✓Keystone Media is built for your world
Asset and wealth management is all we do. We know your products are complex, your audience is sophisticated, and that education and trust do the selling. So that’s exactly what our work does: educates, builds trust, and helps investors get it.
✓You’re involved at every stage
Planning, script, storyboard, design frames, then animation or edit. We’re partners from beginning to end. Nothing goes public without your sign-off.
The result: a continuous supply of premium, unmistakably on-brand content that educates and builds trust with investors, is delivered on time, and makes you look exceptionally good internally.

Five exclusive benefits built into every partnership
The Brand Motion System
A bespoke suite of lower thirds, title cards, branded charts and visual treatments, built around your identity from month one and designed with financial services communications in mind. So every piece of content feels recognisably yours, without rebuilding the visual language and briefing designers from scratch each time.
The Investor Webinar Toolkit
Practical guidance on platforms, embeds, pre-recorded setups and channel specifications, tailored to investor and professional audience use cases. So a finished film can become a polished webinar, presentation or gated content asset without your team having to work out the technical setup.
The Voice & Narration Service
A curated shortlist of suitable AI and human voices for every project, with two re-record sessions included for revisions. You choose the voice; we handle sourcing, direction and delivery, removing the time and friction of finding, testing and managing narration separately.*
The Licensed Media Library
Royalty-free music, licensed stock footage, sound effects and AI-generated supporting visuals where appropriate, all selected to suit your brand and the tone expected in financial services communications, with the freedom to use them on your own channels. Separate sourcing and repeated licensing admin removed.*
The Partner Vault
A structured home for your project files, final exports and reusable media, with consistent naming and folder structures throughout the partnership. So your team spends less time searching for assets, requesting old files or untangling inconsistent handovers.
*Included licensing across voiceover, music, stock footage and AI-generated visuals covers organic use on your own channels for the life of the content. For paid advertising or paid placements, share campaign details with Keystone before launch. Keystone will confirm in writing whether any additional usage rights are required, together with any associated cost.
Start with confidence: Two promises that underpin every partnership
First Month Protection
If the first month is wrong for any reason, say so within the month, or within seven days after it ends, and receive a full refund. Everything made during that month is yours to keep. No forms or arguments. Available once per client; annual plans have month one refunded and the unused balance returned.
No Limit Revisions Commitment
There’s no limit to revisions across scripting, storyboards, design, animation and edit, including when compliance changes its mind and changes it back. However many rounds it takes, we’ll work with you until the content is exactly right.
No lock-in. After the first month there is no obligation to continue: pause or cancel as your needs change, or leave it on and commit to producing content consistently. Cancel before renewal and simply complete the paid month.
What these protections don’t cover: a deadline that depends on your approvals, or your compliance team’s verdict. The protections cover the production service, the revision commitment and the first-month experience.

Capacity
Maximum of three partnerships at any time
At present, capacity is capped at three partnerships, and we onboard no more than one new partner per month. This is to maintain a quality service for partnership clients and one-off project clients alike.
Testimonials
“Keystone demonstrated a clear understanding of both our brief and the strategic purpose behind the project. For a high-value, considered purchase like private equity, education is a crucial part of the journey and that’s where we wanted video to play a role. The videos now serve as a valuable piece of content within our broader marketing mix, supporting education and trust-building. We would absolutely recommend Keystone Media to others. They understood the tone, complexity, and expectations of our audience right from the outset. The process was collaborative, efficient, and the end result was a set of videos that reflect our brand and values precisely.”
Steven Ford, Head of Marketing, Maven Capital Partners
“Thanks Seni. This looks great!! Keystone Media were really great to work with and really brought our brand to life in the animation. Their understanding of what we wanted was brilliant and they turned the project around really quickly.”
– Gemma Lakin, Event Manager, UKBAA
“From the start, Seni came across as really switched on, approachable, and full of creative ideas. What stood out was how well he understood the balance we were looking for, something polished and professional but still engaging and accessible to our audience. When looking at other options, we saw a lot of animated video companies that were either too corporate and rigid, or too informal and not quite right for financial services. Keystone struck the perfect balance. Seni knew how to deliver content in a way that looked high quality without feeling overly staged. Seni delivered a professional service, produced videos that we are proud to share, and made the process straightforward. It felt collaborative and creative rather than just a transaction. We would definitely work with him again in the future.”

Do you have any questions?
How do we start, and what does month one look like?
Send us a message. If a place is open, onboarding begins at the agreed start date: brand immersion, a content plan built at kickoff, your queue is set up and your Brand Motion System is built during month one. The entire first month sits inside the First Month Protection.
Do you use storyboards, and how do approvals work?
Yes. Work moves through staged approvals: script, storyboard, design frames, then animation or edit. You approve at each stage, and review materials are packaged to support clear internal mark-up and decision tracking.
How many revision rounds do we get? Is there a maximum?
There is no maximum. There’s no limit to revisions across scripting, storyboards, design, animation and edit, including when compliance reverses itself. However, re-shooting filmed footage is a new shoot day. Human voiceover includes two re-record sessions per video; further sessions are billed. AI voiceover productions are unlimited.
What is the typical timeline?
As a benchmark, a single animated explainer has historically taken at least two to four weeks including amendments. Filmed and edited pieces at least one to two weeks depending on the complexity. Timing is driven mainly by the speed of your feedback and approvals, plus the complexity and length of the piece.
What are the voiceover options, and will an AI voice be acceptable to our firm?
For every project, Keystone Media presents a shortlist of male and female voices across an appropriate tonal range, and you get to choose. AI voiceover is faster and can be used for organic or paid content subject to the relevant licence. Human voiceover is included for organic use with two re-record sessions per video. AI voiceover can be a great option and you’re always free to choose.
How do we host the webinar version for investors?
The Investor Webinar Toolkit covers platforms, embeds, pre-recorded webinar setups and channel specifications. Each delivery arrives in the formats required for the intended channels.
Can we use the videos in paid ads?
Yes, with one step first. Included licensing covers organic use on your own channels for the life of the content. For paid placements, share the campaign details before launch and Keystone will confirm or quote the required usage licence in writing.
What is an active brief? Can we jump the queue?
One active brief is one project in production: filming, animation, video editing, or still design and illustration. Behind the live work is an unlimited queue that you can reorder or pause whenever an urgent project lands.
What about larger video productions, such as multi-country shoots?
They are scoped and quoted per project because the production requirements vary too widely to flat-rate honestly. Production partners receive 20% off larger video productions; Motion partners receive 10% off filming projects.
Is b-roll included?
Yes. Every Filming Day captures planned b-roll alongside interviews: cutaways, office footage and working shots. It supports the main edit and the short-form cuts. Licensed stock and AI-generated footage can cover anything that cannot be filmed.
What happens if our compliance stalls a booked shoot?
One deadline matters: five working days before the shoot. Before then, you can move the date at no cost. After that, a signed-off script confirms the crew. If the script is not signed off and the date has not moved before the deadline, the day is used. We send reminders so you’re never caught out. Unused days roll over for one month, then expire, and you can hold up to two months’ worth at once.
Can we pause?
Yes. You can pause for up to one month at a time. Billing stops, the queue freezes and shoot days do not accrue while paused. After one month, your partership slot opens to the next firm in the queue.
Can we change tiers?
Yes. On the monthly plan, tiers can change at any renewal date. On the annual plan, upgrades can be made at any time on a pro-rated basis; other changes occur at renewal.
Who owns the finished work?
You own the finished films and design assets and can use them on your own channels from delivery, subject to the third-party licensing terms for music, voiceover, stock and other licensed elements. Keystone Media may feature the work in its portfolio and marketing unless you designate it private or confidential.
Do you guarantee our compliance team will approve the work?
No production company can honestly guarantee your compliance verdict. Keystone Media guarantees the production service, the No Limit Revisions Commitment within scope, and a process designed to make internal review clearer and more manageable. Keystone Media is not a compliance adviser and does not approve financial promotions.
Do you film outside Great Britain?
England, Scotland and Wales are included. Other locations, including Ireland, are quoted per shoot.
