You get more than a single video
The Investor Distribution Pack™
We’ll turn the approved master explainer video into additional assets for use across your investor communications.
3 social & distribution cutdowns
Three shorter edits derived from the approved master explainer, for social channels, digital campaigns, email and distribution activity.
7 investor communication stills
Seven selected branded frames exported as standalone visual assets for presentations, LinkedIn, emails, websites and internal decks.
The Voice & Narration Service
A curated shortlist of suitable AI and human voices for your project, with two re-record sessions included for revisions. You choose the voice; we handle sourcing, direction and delivery, removing the time and friction of finding, testing and managing narration separately.*
The Licensed Media Library
Licensed music, sound design, sound effects and AI-generated supporting visuals where appropriate, all selected to suit your brand and the tone expected in financial services communications, with the freedom to use them on your own channels.*
The Partner Vault
A structured home for the project’s approved assets and deliverables: the final script, storyboard, approved design assets, master and captioned exports, cutdowns and stills, with consistent naming and organisation throughout.
*Included licensing across voiceover, music, stock footage and AI-generated visuals covers organic use on your own channels for the life of the content. For paid advertising or paid placements, share campaign details with Keystone before launch. Keystone will confirm in writing whether any additional usage rights are required, together with any associated cost.
Start with confidence: Two promises that underpin every partnership
First Stage Protection
If the project feels wrong for any reason before full animation or filming begins, say so and receive a full refund. Everything created for you up to that point, from the creative briefing through scripting, design frames and storyboard, is yours to keep.
No Limit Revisions Commitment
There’s no limit to revisions across scripting, storyboards, design, animation and edit within the agreed project scope, including when compliance changes its mind and changes it back. However many rounds it takes, we’ll work with you until the content is exactly right.
What these protections don’t cover: a deadline that depends on your approvals, a change to the agreed project scope, or re-shoots of filmed footage.
Need something different?
If your project goes beyond these fixed formats, we’ll scope a custom solution around your needs.

Message & script
We review your existing materials, complete the creative briefing and develop the script. You approve the message before visual production progresses.
Design frames
A set of designed frames establishes the visual direction, brand treatment and level of sophistication before the full video is mapped and produced.
Storyboard or shoot plan
With the visual direction approved, the script becomes a full visual story: a scene-by-scene storyboard for animated projects, or a planned filming day for filmed ones.
Production & sound
Once the direction is approved, we animate the full film, or film your expert and edit, then complete the voiceover, music, sound design and final finishing.
Review & delivery
We work through the required revisions and deliver the approved master and associated assets.
Nothing goes public without your sign-off.
Testimonials
“Keystone demonstrated a clear understanding of both our brief and the strategic purpose behind the project. For a high-value, considered purchase like private equity, education is a crucial part of the journey and that’s where we wanted video to play a role. The videos now serve as a valuable piece of content within our broader marketing mix, supporting education and trust-building. We would absolutely recommend Keystone Media to others. They understood the tone, complexity, and expectations of our audience right from the outset. The process was collaborative, efficient, and the end result was a set of videos that reflect our brand and values precisely.”
Steven Ford, Head of Marketing, Maven Capital Partners
“Thanks Seni. This looks great!! Keystone Media were really great to work with and really brought our brand to life in the animation. Their understanding of what we wanted was brilliant and they turned the project around really quickly.”
– Gemma Lakin, Event Manager, UKBAA
“From the start, Seni came across as really switched on, approachable, and full of creative ideas. What stood out was how well he understood the balance we were looking for, something polished and professional but still engaging and accessible to our audience. When looking at other options, we saw a lot of animated video companies that were either too corporate and rigid, or too informal and not quite right for financial services. Keystone struck the perfect balance. Seni knew how to deliver content in a way that looked high quality without feeling overly staged. Seni delivered a professional service, produced videos that we are proud to share, and made the process straightforward. It felt collaborative and creative rather than just a transaction. We would definitely work with him again in the future.”

Do you have any questions?
How long does a video take to make?
As a benchmark, Keystone animated explainers have historically taken approximately two to four weeks including amendments. Filmed projects depend on the shoot date, with the edit historically taking one to two weeks after filming. Timing depends primarily on complexity and the speed of your feedback, internal stakeholder review and approvals.
What does the filmed format include?
A one-location Filming Day with a compact professional crew, speaker preparation and on-camera direction, planned b‑roll captured on the day, and an edit with supporting motion graphics, delivering a live-action film of up to five minutes. Filming across England, Scotland and Wales is included; other locations are quoted per shoot.
Do we need to write the script?
No. You provide the relevant source material and expertise. Keystone completes the creative briefing and develops the script.
Do we need a kickoff call?
No. The process begins from your existing materials and a concise written project brief. If a conversation would help at any stage, we can of course speak, but a meeting is not a required part of the product.
How many revision rounds are included?
There is no fixed maximum within the agreed project scope. The No Limit Revisions Commitment applies across scripting, storyboard, design, animation and edit. Re-shooting filmed footage is not included.
How do approvals work?
The project moves through staged approvals: message and script, design frames, storyboard, then animation. You review and approve each major stage before the project progresses.
Can compliance make changes?
Yes. The production process and the No Limit Revisions Commitment are designed to accommodate internal stakeholder and compliance feedback.
What do we receive at the end?
The final approved master and captions, whether that’s your animated explainer of up to approximately 90 seconds or your filmed explainer of up to five minutes, together with three social and distribution cutdowns, seven investor communication stills, and the organised project assets in the Partner Vault.
Can we use the finished video in paid advertising?
Yes, with one step first. Included licensing covers organic use on your own channels for the life of the content. For paid placements, share the campaign details before launch and Keystone will confirm or quote any required usage licence in writing.
